i donot think it makes any sense for your company. Implied status is a legal status caused by IRCC's service standard and you should not be blamed. My company has no comment at all and just asks me to tell them once the result becomes available.
It depends on the Employer and company policies. Not every company is okay with the implied status.

Friends who applied before and after me got the permit within a month. Not sure how are they selecting applications to process.

When did your friend apply? Do they have biometrics?
2 friends applied early May, got approved at the end of May. 2 friends applied applied late May, got approved on 2nd week of June. None of them gave biometrics. My own application said I do not need to give biometrics even before they announced about biometrics. And it is still the same.

I applied on May 14 as well without biometrics and still waiting. It's possible they have biometrics in their files.
Yes, they have it on file but if your application shows blank spaces on biometrics, they probably havent started any processing yet. Once you get an update on that, the permit gets approved within 2-3 days. Thats what happened with my friend.

It doesn't work that way. As long as you registered 3 courses (9 credits) in each semester, you're fine. Even if you failed any course, the grade of the failed course should still show up on the transcripts unless you dropped the course during the semester. Hope this helps.
Are you sure about it sir? Any reference to check. Thanks :)

I applied in may end and no updates yet. I do not understand why are applications not even going a step ahead from processing
