It doesn't matter anymore but there are different restoration forms for work or study which is what I was asking. So if you did study you should have paid the study permit fee.

Can anybody tell me
I got the email from cic
My refused case is still in reconsideration...
But i got the email from cic agent that i need to apply for TRP
Now i am confused about that.
What documents should i file now paper application for TRP
I still have a hope
can anybody please suggest whether i am right or wrong
My agent is saying we will apply TRP with
These documents
1 . TRP FORM (100$)
2. Restoration form (200$)
3.study permit restore (150$)
3.pgwp form 225$
And justifying letter
and the other agent is saying
We will apply for TRP with these forms :
1. TRP form
2. Offer letter for a course from private college
3. Study permit extension
4. Corresponding letter
i think the second one will be more risky
What should u suggest ???

Now you are just applying for things randomly. Get a lawyer not an agent.
Man , bongoman is right. You should get a lawyer. Your situation is very complicated. Agents would not work. If you are already spending so much money, Might as well get a lawyer. You only have last chance to fix this. Do not take any chances!

Man, you should never give up. You can still straighten things out. Go and get lawyer and give it your absolute best . NO AGENTS !!!
But i dont have enough money to deal with lawyer

But i dont know how long they will take to give me result
I understand, immigration lawyer would cost you maximum of $2000 for the whole process. You can try a gofund me page or ask your friends. But this will really help you out.
If worst comes to worst , do not overstay in Canada !
This will close your gates to Canada in the future . Also if you ever want to immigrate to other countries like Australia or NewZeland you will have trouble getting police certificate.
