Where did you apply from and were you a single applicant or did you apply with your spouse ?
Applied on September 13 with spouse for OWP but she was refused because I didn’t submit the job documents.
Yeah, I think the same because the only approvals in Sept. are spouse ones, no single applicant approvals. I thinks that's because there might be very few single applications from Sept. 1-10 that's why they are focusing on all the remaining Aug applications for single and spouse. But thats just a wild guess

I think you get the hard copy of work permit in your mail directly. No approval letter.
