Post Graduate Work Permit Processing Time (PGWP)

no idea about it wait for expert advice. but your letter of explanation looks fine.
You need a separate TRV given PGWP is not a travel document and gives a reason for being in the country. Cannot answer what might have happened to any other application you submitted other than you do not need a TRV unless you plan to leave and come back to the country at any time.
Hi guys! Its probably not the right place to ask this but I really need help in regarding my post-graduation work permit.
So I just finished my last semester at UofT. since my study permit is expiring on July 30 2019 and I have a job offer, I decided to take 3 double speed courses in the summer which run from April to June. I have completed all my final exam and the marks were out last week. I requested a letter of confirmation from school yesterday, they said the graduation assessment won't be done until the end of August even though I finished it already
But, they made an exception on my case to evaluate my file first and issued me the letter of completion.
However, my official transcript is not yet available and according to the IRCC website, "Applicant can apply with a copy of transcript from DLI website if official transcript is not available". Also, as per stated on my letter of confirmation, I have completed all the requirement for my degree and final transcript will be updated in November at the time of Convocation.
So I submitted my application yesterday with both my letter of completion and my unofficial transcript from DLI website (which my degree is still saying in progress but I did earn 20 credits which is needed to graduate)alongside with an explanation letter saying the following:
To whom it may concern,
Since my Official transcript is not yet available at this time, I have attached my current transcript copy from DLI website (Unofficial transcript from University of Toronto Website) along with my letter confirming completion of my degree and program of study as required and outlined in the Supporting documents section of Post-Graduation Work Permit Website of IRCC:
“The applicant may provide an official transcript issued by their DLI if available. Alternatively, the applicant may also provide a transcript copy from their DLI’s website.”
Please note that the transcript copy has stated that I have completed and earned 20 credits to today’s date which fulfilled the degree completion requirement (refer the the confirmation letter of degree completion attached), but the degree progress section is not yet updated to reflect this as per stated in the Confirmation letter of completion of the program of study I submitted.
Please feel free to contact me if additional documents are required, and official transcript can also be provided once available.

Was your study permit valid when you completed your two extra semesters?
i received three years study permit cz i came here in 3 year course then i changed it to two year program.
thank you! well even my school confirmation is stating that my transcript will be updated in November at the time of convocation.. so not a big deal right?
Usually if they need more info, do they ask for it or do they just refused right the way?
When you apply for pgwp within Canada you don't get a trv that is a separate application which requires the valid pgwp to apply for.
