Post Graduate Work Permit Processing Time (PGWP)

Why haven't they assessed the applications sent in the end of Jan? What are they doing?

They must be bombarded with phone calls. I'm not surprised, I called them a few days back after trying for more than 3 hours. The lady who picked up was in a terrible mood and was quite rude too. I don't blame her, she must be answering 100 calls a day.
 
In which city and province does the assessing of applications happen?
 
Applied on feb 1
Review of eligibility started on May 7
Approved on May 8
Expired after 3 years
But can not see the document online please help me in this regard
 
Hey guys, does anyone know how long will it take for work permit to be mailed to me from the government? Thank you
