Eligibility review on 4th of April
Approved on 5th of April
Program: M.Eng in Civil Engineering - 2 years (completed in 16 months)
University: University of New Brunswick

I think there are different job title example for each NOC. If you do not find yours, I would say you can go talk to HR and they might be able to confirm

This is my take on it. Your account gets updated when they open the file and when they close your file. Since, you said they started to review your eligibility on Friday, it must be evening time and because they were closed on the weekends your file is still open which they will close today. So, you can expect to hear something good (hopefully) back from them today.
