Hello Everyone, in case, If there is a PGWP application rejection after 90 days of course completion, what are the available options ?
as per the new changes, you not need to worry even if your study permit expires. you don't need to enroll yourself in any program to apply again. for more details, refer to this article:

http://www.mondaq.com/canada/x/7845...ork+Permit+Program+for+International+Students

also you can check the updated requirements from the official website as well. Good Day mate

Hello everyone! I applied for my PGWP on December 23rd myself and there has been no decision yet from the cic. I'm so worried because my study permit is also going to expire on March 31st. Please help with anything you may know at this point and please let me know if someone after Dec 23 has received their work permit or not... :(

Good morning,

I am very positive that you will hear something today. Best of luck to those who's file will be looked at today.

Shouldn't be posting this here but can somebody tell me what to answer for these 3 questions for somebody who came here after high school and did 3 year advanced diploma. Kindly direct me to some other forum if know of any. this is for CRA points. Thanks in advance.

a) What is your level of education?

Enter the highest level of education for which you:

  • earned a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate or
  • had an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) if you did your study outside Canada. (ECAs must be from an approved agency, in the last five years)
Note: a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate must either have been earned at an accredited Canadian university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute in Canada. Distance learning counts, but only if it made up less than half your study.

b) Have you earned a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate?

Note: to answer yes:

  • English or French as a Second Language must not have made up more than half your study
  • you must not have studied under an award that required you to return to your home country after graduation to apply your skills and knowledge
  • you must have studied at a school within Canada (foreign campuses don’t count)
  • you had to be enrolled full time for at least eight months, and have been physically present in Canada for at least eight months

c) Choose the best answer to describe this level of education.

Express entry blog will be the best place for your query. for quick help:

a) What is your level of education? select your highest education if in Canada or elsewhere (will require ECA)

Have you earned a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate? if studied in Canada, select yes
