Congrats. When was your application accepted by IRCC? Same 3rd when you applied?

And did you included both school completion letter and transcript?

Check first line - we are reviewing whether you meet eligibility requirements.
I checked as directed and I saw the below message:

"We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you."

I applied on Sep 25th no update yet. I call them last week but They said keep waiting. So worry, I think they delay my application because I study 2 - 1 year program

I also did a 2 years program within 1 year as well. Let's hope for the best

I also emailed them and here is the answer:

Good Day All,

Please, I need an advice from experts here.

Am currently on Study Permit and will be graduating by April 2019. So I failed one of my subjects this semester (December 2018) and I have to retake it by January 2019 but unfortunately, the program am doing have only online (Not in class as the one am taking now) intake for January 2019
My Question is this:
Can I register for the subject and retake it online by January 2019? Will it affect my PGWP
Or do I have to wait till September 2019 to retake it since it is the only one with classroom intake?

Can work until decision made. Better to update SIN after expired.

Many thanks for your reply there,

My other question is that ... can I update my SIN number when I haven't received my study permit, yet, at that time? ... Because, I wouldn't have any specific status in Canada during the time when I'm waiting for my PGWP! right!??:(

*Note*
The Original Question:
'' My study permit will expire on Feb15,2019 ( my Wife's work permit as well) and we both are working. I am graduating in December (next month) and going to apply for PGWP by Jan10, 2019 and extension of my wife's WP, as I can meet the conditions for her WP extension. So, what if I won't receive the WPs by the expiry date of our documents ( Feb15)? Can we work after that date until we receive our WPs or we have to stop working?! ''

So far as you are in still in full student status is valid, you can add some courses online.
It is better you take the failed course online, you wouldn't have an issue doing the course online
