anyone here who got their PGWP on around 20th Nov? have you received the letter in mail?
if yes? how many days it took from approval to reach you? considering the canada post stirke

I applied for PGWP on 2nd of Nov and my Study permit and Visa expired on 6th of Nov. Now, can I go to the border to talk to an officer and ask him to process it? Has anybody done this before? I actually have a job offer and want to get a work permit before 17th Dec.

You can't go for flagpole as study permit expired. I did flagpoling after applying online but before the expiry of my study permit.

did you tell CBSA that you have already applied online ? Which border did you go to ? Also, What documents and questions did they ask ?

Ok. However, I saw a link and on the three CBSA office near Niagra Falls, they don't require a valid study permit. Something like this was written "must have valid study permit or be a temporary visitor". My visa also expired. If I apply for a temporary visa how long will it take? Am I even eligible to apply?

You can't do flagpole if your study permit has been expired.

No I didn't tell them because I heard one of my friend went to flagpole and told that already applied online they refused him to give PGWP and sent him back. I went to st. Stephen border, NB. Thay asked for degree completion letter, transcript, study permit and passport.

Does flagpoling affect online PGWP application in case they reject the application at the border?
And what happens to online application if we get one at the border? Thanks!

I actually don't have idea about borders near Niagra falls. All I know without valid SP you can't flagpole. Sorry unable to help you with the TRV information.

Maybe not but there will be a record that you exit Canada. If anyone gets rejection because of not having valid SP and visa I am not sure about that they will allow him/her to enter Canada.
