Hello Everyone
My name is Afshan and i want to thank everyone for sharing their timeline because it helped me alot.
I had to wait soooo long just like all of you to get my PGWP and in this time i also lost a good job but anyways my permit was approved today.
Just have faith guys it will come soon.

I applied for PGWP inside Canada.

Application: Online PGWP
Applied: 12 July
Confirmation: 13 July
Approved: 27 September 2017
Duration: 3 Years
Waiting Days: 77-78 Days
No official email yet but my CIC account shows the new expiry date of my permit and the final decision as "Approved"

I know many of you are waiting and the processing times are killing but hang in there because it looks like they are working on applications now.
Best of Luck to all of you and i hope you all get your permits soon.

Hi Guys,

A quick question again!
So I mailed my passport for TRV (after approval of PGWP). My mail was delivered on Sept 22 but after that I did not receive any notification or anything from them. I am trying to track my return package as well but it shows no information available.

I was wondering if anyone can help me what should I do. Do they update our account after receiving our passport or not? Also, how long does it take to get our passport back.

Thanks...its almost 4 months now and i have a new job starting soon and I need it.

Dont worry about the job , they asked me and I told them Im still waiting now Im working .

for my spouse we didn't show bank statements. we just added both his pay slips and mine.
my PGWP
employment letter from my stating job position and role
letter stating my job responsibilities to support said NOC.
his old work permit
his letter from employer.

Got mine today. The wait was long but finally it's over. I heard the rejection rate went up a lot this year so it defs added some thrills.

But here's my timeline
Applied: July 13
Confirmation: July 14
Approved: Sep 29
PGWP mailed in this morning. Took few days .. and I live in Toronto
