Hello, I just thought I would share my status with you (or the lack thereof).
My PGWP application was submitted on August 3, 2022 and was assigned the series 3067 number.
My profile was updated and the eligibility review started on December 14, 2022 (no notifications on my email) and no updates since then.

Might be an isolated case, or maybe I'm one of those people whose application was assigned to an inactive officer (the update in mid-December tells me I am not but at this point I am running out of clues).
