Yah I agree there will be delayed but not everyone post their timeline online so I think there’s still some people being approved. Afghan crisis started weeks ago and we saw some approvals last week. Doesn’t make sense if they pull out all the officers to process Afghan cases only this week.

Congratulations! May I ask did they confirm your address after they approved your application? Because I’ve changed my address after I submitted my application and told IRCC through web form (yet haven't received any reply that confirms my change of address). Just wanna make sure the letter will be sent to the right place

No they didn't confirm address, but I got passport request letter. I submitted my passport to VFS and one of the forms asked for address

Applied on June 16, got approved today (didn't know they processed applications on the weekend). My application wasn't a straightforward one but they still approved me so I'm optimistic for the rest of you! Good luck!

No, I applied May 18th and got it on Aug 9th.
You might wanna check with them, order GCMS notes or ask your MP to check on your behalf as to why it's still not approved.

yep, I'm gonna call ircc tomorrow and see what is happening to my application.
