Hay guys, I got my work permit approval email today ..march 30th.
I studied 1 year graduate certificate and a normal trade certificate(i extended my study permit for this) and got the permit for 3 years.
My name was given twice on work permit(like steyn smith steyn smith) as i have given the name again on the last name, because i don't have a last name on passport.Do u guys know how to change name on it?Hope it won't create any problems in future
I took a 3 months break between courses and did not worked on sin.

Hi, what was the reason of your break? Is it eligible to have a break if you have a valid reason?

I applied on January 6th, review of eligibility on April 3rd, and then back to Submitted since then and I have no clue what's happening.

this is so weird. I called IRCC today and person didnt have any clue why it happened. Didnt say anything

what i know is that the study permit and its trv are expired 90 days after u get ur diploma even if the expiry date is more than that
but to be sure, call cic they will give the accurate answer

Got work permit approved today for 3 years. Applied on 14th Jan finally. I have same question about TRV as I also have visit visa of canada till 2023.

visitor visa usually is valid , it is not related to study permit
