CIC customer service agent won’t provide much help...all they gonna say is “Its all upto the officer processing your file “ you can still consult an immigration lawyer and get some advice

Processing time is just an average time for applications...some applications might take longer time then the others...

Ppl who applied on may 15th got approval on July 5th. perhaps your application can be approved at any time in this or probably next week. Just be alert and check ur cic account regularly. Let us know in case of any update.
