I selected PGWP but still waiting even though I applied on Feb 17th. Is it normal? I can see some people already got the approval when they applied on late Feb or even March. I got wp-ext though

I just checked the online account today, no email yet. From my experience, the email will be sent one or maybe two days later after the online update.
