I have been approved on April 12th, 2022.
What must I bring to prove that my PGWP is accepted so that I can extend my SIN number?

My PGWP was about to expire on June 2023.
I applied on Feb 2nd, 2023 for an extension due to passport expiry(PAPER APP). Did not get anything back yet
I opted-in for the new extension policy last Friday, and got approved today 18 months from the approval date, not from the expiry date
The paper application is still in process.
And I don't know when to expect the new work permit to be sent by mail

You mean approved yesterday or one year ago?

you can update it online (just did it last week) follow the steps here https://sin-nas.canada.ca/en/Sin/ you'll need
- Proof of address
- Copy of your valid study/work permit
- Valid government ID
- Copy of passport data page

Applied Jan 31, 2023 (3081 Series).
WP-EXT letter on Feb 2, 2023 (after around a day of biometrics update).
Application in Review on April 14 Morning
Application Approved on April 14 Afternoon before 5PM.
