Call IRCC and let the agent know that you have submitted a web form

I have applied for SOWP extension on 8th of December no update yet☹
My husband applied for pgwp on 14 November 2021 got his visa on 6 March 2022.

Hey guys i have applied for a study permit extension on november 25 2021 and my study permit expired February 25 2022, obviouslyyyyy i have not received any answer, im gonna graduate june, can i work full time if i apply for a pgwp on maintained status, since i expect delay aswell on my future pgwp application

If you get your extension before that then you can apply, bcoz your pgwp will ask you your study permit date and it has to be more then the date u r applying for pgwp, so u wud need for sure valid study permit you can't apply with implied status

You can apply for a PGWP if

  • your study permit has been valid within the last 180 days
  • you have a valid visitor record
  • you submitted an application to extend your study permit before it expired and no decision has been made on your application
  • you submitted an application to change your status to visitor before your study permit expired and no decision has been made on your application
the source is the ircc website , i am elligible to for a pgwp

Ohh they changed , but still their imm form will ask you valid study permit date, apply with professional consultant I would just recommend

Hi, I've applied on 1st march.... Awaiting for the medical to update on the portal. Did you get yours updated ?
