Post Graduate Work Permit-PGWP

Hi Everyone,

I want to thank you in advance for reading my question. I am asking this question on be half of a friend.
My friend's daughter graduated from a private college, from a two year nursing diploma program. I have seen an Immigration consultant and he told me her post graduate would not be approved since she studied in a private college(however with DLI #), she needs this work experience in order to accumulate more points for express entry apparently. Is there any way that she can get the work permit?? any one did it from another path perhaps? someone told us that if she request a letter from the college with an explanation from them would work.
What if she attaches her marks along with course description and finding a job relevant to her study, would that help??

Others can comment as well but check the college in the attached link, if it implies no PGWP then little that can be done to get a PGWP. Not sure anything the college might say will make much difference but worth a try I guess. There are some exceptions for studying in a Quebec college but that’s about it. Other option would be an LMIA but not sure how might work for a nursing job.

What kind of nursing. Assume it is LPN. Most employers aren’t willing to apply for an LMIA for LPNs but you can always try.

I did ask her ...It is not RPN nor RN, it is something about Nursing Administration...It is interesting how people do not tell you the whole truth and still want an answer...lol...so based on what I see here there is no way if the program is not part of PGWP then.
