It doesn’t matter. But i heard that its not possible to do online if we are applying for restoration and PGWP. I am not sure. May be i am wrong. Please ask somebody u r right or not.

Yes it is not possible to apply restoration and PGWP together online. We can apply only by paper application

You can apply his Spousal open work extension and submit your work permit for his application through web form as
