Is there any one who applied ONLY with the letter of completion from school and got their visa approved????
Or do I need to have the completion letter AND the transcript submitted . Please help I'm confused as some people only had onenough ( transcripy

I would advise you to use the proper terms to make sure people answer correctly to the question you are trying to ask. If by "visa" you mean the post graduation work permit alone, then yes. I have applied with only the degree completion letter and received my post graduation work permit. The visa is the TRV, and it is not directly given when you apply for the PGWP. Hope it helps
