Hello people, i got my post graduate work permit refused on Nov 5 2015 and was also out of status. The reason of refusal was because they say i didn't show enough proof that i completed my studies. i uploaded my transcript so to hear this was very painful. Now i am out of status, my study permit expired on the 31st of july as well so its been more than 90 days for that permit. My question now is i was given the option to restore my status but what do i restore to ? Visitor or student and if i go the route of student do i have to get another admissiion letter and proof to support myself? basically am i applying as a new student
Can i also do a request to reconsider and what is that process like?
Please help as i am really stressed out and was just about to start building my life here in canada

Hi. Did the transcript you uploaded show that you are eligible to graduate or that a degree has been conferred on you?

Hello,
Did you get your status restored after they rejected your work permit?
Please let me know as we are in a similar situation.

Hi,

Were you able to apply for reconsideration? Can you please tell me how did you apply? Also if you have a letter of explanation that you can share (after commenting out your personal details), please do share if you can.

I would really appreciate your help.
