Post Graduate work Permit and Intra Company Transfer

Hello!

I was working in India in an IT company for more than 3 years. After that I took Leave without pay for 2 years and came to Canada on study permit for doing an MBA. Now, after successful completion of MBA, I have got 3 years of Post Graduate Work Permit(open). And, my company which has operations in Canada too is taking me back in Canada as a regular employee but on deputation or intra company transfer.

Hence, my query is for express entry profile:-

1. Can I claim points for "Do you have a valid job offer supported by a Labour Market Impact Assessment (if needed)?" If yes, What needs to be shown to prove?

No, you need an LMIA to claim those points if you're on a PGWP.

Just curious PGWP is not LMIA exempt?

It's an open work permit, which is different from an LMIA-exempt closed work permit.
