Post Graduate Diploma Study Permit Application Query

I hope, you all are doing well with the Blessings of God.

I have a query that I will be submitting Post Graduate Diploma Study Permit Application in MITT, Winnepeg for May'20 intake... Could someone guide me how much fees should I mentioned in the study permit application?

Credential: Post-Graduate Diploma
Duration: 2 years full time (16 months of study)
Total 2 years course duration tuition fees: CAD 21,600/-


The Cost of my studies will be :
Tuition (CAD):
Room and board (CAD):
Other (CAD):
Funds available for my stay (CAD):


Guarantee Investment Certificate (GIC): CAD 10,000/- (got a letter from CIBC)

Total 1st-year full fees paid: CAD 5,000/- & CAD 6943/- total CAD 11,943/- including Technology and Award Fund and Insurance fees

Please let me know, what CAD amount should I mentioned in the study permit application, It should be 1st-year or 2 years fees.. Please advise...
