My CRS is 432 because I have a bachelors degree only. Therefore, I am planning to do PGD (Online) from CANADA for 06 months. Just wanted to ask would that add points to my profile and secondly i assume that ECA is not required in this case

6 months programs are not accepted by CIC. You need a Bachelors degree + at least a 1 year program. When you create your IRCC profile, in your education history section, you'll find that they won't even give you an option to enter anything less than 10 years.
