Today i received a email from CIC that my post graduation work permit has refused due not showing the docusmtns that i have completed my studies although i have already send with my application online.

This letter i got it:

This letter refers to your application for a Post Graduate Work Permit.
Your application as requested is refused.
After reviewing your case, it has been determined that you are not a person whose employment
will create or maintain significant employment, benefits or opportunities for Canadian citizens or
permanent residents.
Foreign students in Canada are eligible for a work permit for post-graduation employment if they
provided the evidence that they have satisfied all requirements of the program of studies. As
you have not submitted the required documentation in regard to the completion of your studies,
you are not eligible for a work permit in this category.
We also wish to advise you that your temporary resident status will expire on 2016/01/30. You
may apply again before the expiry of your temporary resident status if you submit:
 a completed application form;
 applicable fees for the immigration document(s) in the amount of $150.00 payable at a
financial institution in Canada or online at www.cic.gc.ca.
 All required documents in support of your application

Please guide me.

Have you completed your program from post-graduate university/college? And wat type of program is that

I have completed my Master of eCommerce program on june,2013.

Did you attached any completion letter obtained on college/university letterhead ? What proof did you submit for completion/graduation ?

I have attached the letter from the University stating that i meet all the degree requirement

I have attached the letter from the University stating that i meet all the degree requirement and my degree will be awarded on Oct,2013.

you need to call the call center(1-888-242-2100) and explain them. may be due to some technical difficulty they never received your attached graduation confirmation letter. Your case seems to be more of an error.
