I received this request from CIC. What does this mean? Who do they want to share information with? Please help!!!!

Did you say 'yes' to wanting/having a representative on your submission? Like a lawyer or friend etc? All this is is asking you to say you agree for them to access your file.

Is this called schedule 3? Two applicants from HKVO received request for Schedule 3 (they did not use representative,either) and got PPR about 1~2 weeks later after submitting them. Good luck!

Is it OK if I designate my spouse? He applied for work permit based on my AOR. Could that be the reason?

I got the Email also even though I did not say "yes" for a representative. I am thinking of adding my spouse also. What was the outcome of your submission?
