Post Doctoral Fellowship in Canada or any other course after PhD

Hi, I am currently working in Dubai as a Finance Manager. My wife just finished PhD in Management finance from India and waiting for certificate. We both are 36 years old now.
Our Express Entry CRS score is 340 only. I feel hopeless to get invite through express Entry with this score.
Can any one help us with the details of Post Doctoral Fellowship in Canada, so that my wife can apply for student Visa and I can also travel as dependent. I believe that if both can stay, study & work there for 3 years it will help to improve the score substantially to get the PR through express entry.
Please help us with details of courses that we can apply after PhD.

340 is far too low to be invited through EE. You need 470+.

Your wife will need to apply to individuals schools directly to try to secure a Post Doctoral Fellowship. She will need to find a school that is willing to appoint her / select her.

Note that if she gets a Post Doctoral Fellowship position, she will apply for a work permit - not a study permit. You can apply for a spousal open work permit although there is no guarantee of approval.
