post bacc diploma or graduate certificate?-really imp guys...plssss plss help me

guys
if i have to choose between graduate certrificate course(with a co-op wok term) from a public college and a post baccalaureate diploma(no co-op) from a public university,,,,which one should i go for?
pls help me out guys..have to apply asap for visa
