advance diploma or post graduation diploma?

sir,
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
i am trying to take Post Graduation Diploma course in canada. Recently i found an advanced diploma course but i need to know whether advanced diploma is equivalent to post graduation diploma.

In their website, it says

COURSE REQUIRMENT :
College diploma or university degree in a related science or engineering area


please help me to choose between advanced diploma and post graduation diploma.
which have better value for getting PR?

probably will not make much difference as there are a lot of other considerations to qualify for PR. Which college and which courses ?
