There is no update in my account status since AOR. It has been almost 3 weeks. Is it normal?

Yup. Have patience. Sometimes people go 5 months without an update.

What is the next step post AOR, is there some additional docs which we need to keep ready .... medical and police clearance are required post ITA ?

I received AOR on 12th August. What is next?
Does IRCC update us on each documents we have uploaded or they just give final decision?

My application status as appear in my cic profile is as below:

Application status: We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.
Review of eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results: You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents: The additional documents you provided are being reviewed.
Interview: You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics: We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Final decision: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

AOR 29-01-2018, MEP 10-02-2018...... where do I stand here ? Can anybody please tell? are the updates ok ?

Hello everyone. Pls I want to confirm if this is normal. AOR June 24, ip1 July 11 but no MEP yet. Pls what could be wrong. Called panel physicians and was told they have uploaded my result and that the result is fine.

Yeah I've seen cases like this before. MEP will come in due time. It's normal.
