Everything will be done. Max time limit for Visa is 16-18 from the date of Application Submission.

Main Applicant & Dependent applicants IELTS has already expired before 3months ?? Any suggestions or help as if we would be required to submit fresh ielts results?? or should we wait for visa office to get back to us in this regard or is it not required to resubmit??

no need of re-ielts unless they demand and ideally they dont demand.. dont worry.. most of the applicants ielts results expire and they do not demand provided when you submitted, it was within validity

You can get medical request in 1 month. Total time for PR is about 18 months after pr application submission date.
