Has anyone sent an email to NDVO for MR?

Ya I've sent an email to CIC, a couple of days back, but they ve given a standard reply that
YOUR ENQUIRY HAS BEEN SENT TO THE VISA OFFICE PROCESSING YOUR APPLICATION. YOU SHOULD RECEIVE A REPLY
WITH IN 28 WORKING DAYS BY EMAIL, REGULAR MAIL OR FAX.
IF YOUR APPLICATION IS WITHIN NORMAL PROCESSING TIME YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE A REPLY FROM THE VISA OFFICE.
IF YOUR MESSAGE CONTAINS NEW INFORMATION FOR YOUR APPLICATION (EG: ADDING A NEW BORN OR CHANGE OF ADDRESS)
YOUR FILE WILL BE UPDATED BUT THE VISA OFFICE MAY NOT RESPOND TO YOUR MAIL.

Too generic response. We can't argue with them if we didn't hear anything from them.

Your timeline is showing all post medical processing stages. Where is medical?
I think within 2 months you will get medical as well as PR.

You are already in Canada and may be that's why no Medical for you..

In GC key it was earlier showing as 'Your action required' with messages as 'None'. It was technical glitch.. Now when i check i see its changed from No action required to 'Submitted'. But no progress in application status

OOh yes-- Now it says "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes."--- Earlier it was something like in case medical exam is needed, we will send instructions.. Whats happening..
