Yes since i connected application online. It was confirmed it was glitch and soon they will rectify. It has been an year. They have no time to correct the technical issues, am wondering how they would have time to look into emails or GCMS notes and respond.

Hi guys. I applied for PR last May. I received AOR in begging of August. I'm waiting for MR. My visa office is London. I moved to Winnipeg September . Can I do a medical without MR and just to ask doctor to upload it to my account ? Do you know how long is waiting time for LVO

Not necessary, because LVO is one of the fastest Visa office.

I have same message showing in my account since beginning. Already crossed 7 month. Feeling scared now.

My account shows the same and I mailed them a couple of times, this is what I got from them:

"Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

The situation that you have described is the result of an ongoing technical problem. We are currently looking into it and will resolve it as soon as possible."

My AOR was 10th August 2017 and until today 03rd February 2018 no MR

You can do upfront Medical if you want to.A friend of mine got a mail from LVO yesterday to check is GCKEY and he realized that they've passed his Medical.He did upfront Medical as well.He also got pre-arrival mail.His AOR was July.I also did upfront Medical,am LVO as well and my AOR was August 17th.So you can do it

Its been a year for me with the same message and they didn't fix it yet.

Not at all! Its been 6 months and no MR yet

No MR from any VO. May be all will provide MR together . After that , u can get a Visa in 2 months.
