Submitted in September 2015 to cic . Expired medical april 2016

Actually I got upfront medical as on April 2015 but my file returned from cic and again I submitted in September 2015.

Since then I have been waiting 22 months. In February 2017 they asked additional documents and police certificate so I submitted.
Now 6 the June 2017 mycic account says ..."we are processing urs background check"

If you think that the injustice is happening then you can write to the Immigration Minister.

In my case, I submitted "up front medical" at the time of submission of my file to CIC in September 2015 and that medical already expired as on April 2016 and later I have not got any re-medical request up to today date.

Either have you submitted any upfront medical or No....???

No I did not submit upfront medical, as it is advised against for the very reason u mentioned. Processing time is approximately 16 months n medical expire in a year (I think) so medical may expire by the time they start processing ur application.
