it is document that has your ime no on it and it has to be filled by panel physician indicating your results of medical examination . I recieved that through email . did not checked my gc may be it would be sitting there too. Thanks

It can be understand mistakes happen with everyone but "bug" like this..? and we are sure they hire very IT professional ..still it happens strange to believe..not sure what exactly going on in CIC

I got the médical request this morning, after the earthquake... From Accra. Had been waiting for more than 17 months. Candidate of provinces.
