No. Can be contacted after 6 months of accessing the file.

Really its pain.. They are making people wait btw every step a minimal of 3 months while other VO process so fast. Other visa office Apr applicants have visa in hand.

I agree with you, they are too slow and won't give proper response, its frustrating

Applied Oct 2016 for PR PNP paper based application,
I got AOR on Jan/5/2017.
then paid RPRF march 8
still waiting for MR. Is there any other member with same timeline and have any idea when we'll be getting MR ????

My husband was asked to submit his employment record for it requires the record of 10 yrs. We were asked to add his records from 2007 to 2012., simply because I did not include/use additional paper for these.

Thanks a lot. But I did no get the sentence "I did not include/use additional paper for these" What is this sentence supposed to mean?

When you linked your application could you view your submitted application online. I can't view it I applied to CIC as paper based
