Actually madam, there is a tragic story. I am 5 months late. CIC sent back my PR paper base due to IELTS issue. During this my IELTS had expired and then I sent again with updated exam. Now everything is alright. God is always with me, that's why I especially mention almighty name here in timeline.

Hi, I took ielts on April 30, 2016. If I can send in my federal step application before April 30, 2017, shall I still retake ielts? Thanks!

Generally within 1-3 months. Which is your visa office? you can't say anything about file transfer to CIC. IT is there internal process.

Hi all my file had been delivered to cio nsydney on 15 th Feb 2017 but till now they haven't charge my card nor I can link my application in gckey it says records not found. Can any body tell me is it normal like 40 days over they received file and haven't even taken fees out I am confused if any one can through some light on my situation.

CIC considers it to be valid for 2 years? The PNP in Ontario considers IELTS to be valid for one year. That's why I asked.

Ontario PNP only accept IELTS that was done in the past 12 months. Hopefully, CIC does consider it to be valid for 2 years.
