POST 26TH JUNE: MEDICAL AND PP SUBMISSION DURING MARCH 2011

Guys we both(me and my spouse) don't have any travel history...!

My husband and I have been to SriLanka, HK and China together. On work, I have traveled to Spain and my husband to Japan and the United States. None of these trips have been for more than 2 months.

I don't think there is any logical explanation for the delay

Its hard to keep oneself motivated, so thank you guys for helping out.

i dont have medicals received line........i think only E0.. file no. applicants get it, we will get it with DM ....FTH theory does not apply atleast 2 members have no FTH....we r just in wrong loop

Hi,
We do not have "Medicals received line". File # starts with B0. Although, we called the Ottawa medical office and they confirmed our medicals were in the system and available to the VO.

We both have FTH. Have lived in USA for many years on H1.

Hi all, I am a regular viewer of the post 26/6 june forum and also submitted my PP in March but havent received any communication yet...i mailed new delhi visa office 3 weeks ago to get my application status and waiting for the reply....god only knows how they are working...No medical result received line either.....hope we all will get good news very soon!!!!

I have a suspicion that CIO is holding our medicals for some reason. As VO forwards the medicals to CIO for final review. Could that be causing the delay? the reason behind may be CIO is re-evaluating eligiblity of cases with more scutiny considering job market demands etc. I have a very deep feeling on that.

Is it possible that we all who have submitted our PP's in march are put aside considering pre june applicants and giving priority to post june applicants who submitted their PP's in April and thereafter. Just a thought. :

No medicals received line either. I think we should write to CIC instead of writing to VO. What say guys. We can tell them that others much after us having been receiving their visas and our passports are stuck for so many days now 99th day today

I dont think so, our file nos are generated through old system where medicals received line is added with DM(check new delhi pp tracking thread for old cases)where as in new system with file nos E0... there is provision to add medical results.As for re-evaluation stay relaxed this cannot happen after pp request,we have been evaluated 2-3 times before.

Even i think re-evaluation again for what and how many times. I think this delay could be bcos of only one reason and i say this on strong gut feeling. These guys think our application to be pre-june and not post june.

I remember in Jan i had received a mail asking me to submit docs in 120 days as per the pre-june system, i had to write to cic n get the clarifications. Thereafter NDVO sent another email saying my file is in transit from CIC to CHC.

I think these guys are agin upto some goofup for sure.
