Hi Edmontonion204 ,

Thanks for the information!

Just one more question, as I am requesting the CAIPS notes for my file. Do I have to add / attach a consent form for myself?

Thanks,
Indus

hi everyone,m 'IN PROCESS' too....gud luck guys!!!!

That's strange. I applied in December 2010, a few days before you and my status is still "Received by VO"

I'm happy for you anyway! ;)

Hi Indus,
The person who is applying for CAIPS are not required to submit their consent because you are the one who sign the application which surve as your consent.
Thanks

Thanks Edmontonion204!

I just sent my request for CAIPS/GCMS and will update you as soon as I receive the notes.

All the best to all of us!

Another Tuesday has passed with E-cas still RBVO.
Still waiting for CAIPS/GCMS, Its been five weeks I applied for CAIPS.

One of my friend who applied through London visa office in April 2011 already got request for Medical, RPRF, PCC. he has submitted all and now waiting for PPR.

Wake up Buffalo, I have applied before my friend and still RBVO after 8.5 months.

Same case with me. I applied in April 2011, and still RBVO in Buffalo office.
Another friend of mine applied through London office a few days later than me, and already has got Medicals and PCC!

I wish if Buffalo office could be faster than other offices, as it is processing applications for the applicants who are already in Canada!

Also, looking at the immigration tracker (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AiJy8Qu8lcQbdGxiSnNhME5sVi1uRlZtUWNhOEFwemc#gid=0), app the applicants who applied to Buffalo before September 2010, have got the Medicals within 8 months of their application submission. Any applicants after September/October 2010 and onwards haven't received anything yet and still in RBVO! Since past two months, we didn't hear anyone getting Medicals/PCC from Buffalo. Does that mean, they are done with the processing for this year (2011)? Their quota for this year is over? Will they start processing further applications next year (with the start of 2012)?

Is there any way, we can request Buffalo office to process the applications faster, as it was announced that the applications under new rules will be processed within 6 to 12 months...

Waiting, waiting and waiting ...

My one year anniversary is coming right up, yet no news from buffalo.

Did you order CAIPS/GCMS ?

nah... lots of others in front of me still in RBVO stage, so I assume it is just not my turn yet. I doubt the notes would say much yet at this time.

Hi,

we had submitted a query to confirm our address change and status of our application. However they replied back syaing that currently their volume of applications is extremely high and hence they cannot even acknowledge receipt of email, fax or regular correspondence. Looked like an automated reply to me..

I am concerned that if they dont process our address change request they might send notifications to previous address !

Regards,
Jainesh

Another Tuesday has passed no progress, Still received by visa office :(. Wake up Buffalo

Same here. I expect this process to be over within the next 12 months.

yes this is the latest spreadsheet for Post 26/6 members (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AiJy8Qu8lcQbdGxiSnNhME5sVi1uRlZtUWNhOEFwemc).

I am observing this spreadsheet from last 8 months. It looks like since last two months there has been no progress / Medical requests for applicants on or after October 2010. Not sure why? May be Buffalo is waiting for the new year to start to issue more medical requests ?
