According to this spreadsheet (https://spreadsheets4.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?authkey=CLDXsFA&hl=ar&key=tlbJsa0NlV-nFVmQca8Apzg&hl=ar&authkey=CLDXsFA#) the applications received PER by December 2010 have now turned from RBVO to "In Process".

Therefore, it looks like that it is taking around 6 to 7 months (from the PER issue date from CIO Sydney) to get it "In Process".

It is also being noticed that Buffalo is now sending Medical Request, Police Clearance Certificates request and Right of Permanent Resident Fee (RPRF) all together in a single letter, which will probably make later part of application processing (after it turns into "In Process" faster) !!!

Post 26 June applications with visa office Buffalo, please do share your time lines / updates.

Thanks,
Indus

I see that those Dec 2010 filers turned into IP are filing undering FSW2 (with employment offer)...

btw, no news on my end, still RBVO.

I am still in RBVO (Buffalo) since April 2011 (post 26/6 applicant).

Its been 7 months and still waiting for medical requests. Any idea how much more time it may take Buffalo office?

Applicants with Buffalo visa office, please share your timelines ...

Thanks,
Indus

I heard they are transferring a few cases to Detroit

I applied in Dec. 2010. Still no medical requests. Don't worry. They wait will be long! They're still processing applications from Sept. 2010.

Patience! :)

Still waiting guys.. any updates?

Looking at Immigration Tracker (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AiJy8Qu8lcQbdGxiSnNhME5sVi1uRlZtUWNhOEFwemc#gid=0), it seems they are currently processing applications received in September/October 2010. Hopefully they will fasten the processing speed !

Its actually getting slower as time passes. :-\
