My CAIPS notes also mention the deadline of exactly one year from the PER received from CIO Sydney NS. That means, they should ask for medicals somewhere in April 2012.

I am not sure if they will really make this deadline? Buffalo visa office is processing really slow. I am not sure why?

count me in pls, my due date is may 2012 it is exactly 1yr after PER, my paper file is in registry, but some of friends files are in screening area, so where is your files are located right now?.

Mine is also in registry and btw what does it mean. Mine address disappeared from Ecas since January 27, 2012 and no update todate. My next due date is April 13, exactly after one year of CIO PER.

What is meant by file in Registry? May be it means that the file is in the registry of the Visa Office Buffalo.

Anyone who applied FSW post June 26 2010, Buffalo VO and still has RBVO on their ecas, please connect here and update when you go IN PROCESS so we can track times with each other.

I applied FSW on 2nd March 2011 to CIO Sydney Nova Scotia (requesting visa office Buffalo). Received AOR from CIO Sydney on 7th April 2011.
E-cas status changed to 'Received by Visa Office' (Buffalo) on 5 May 2011.

based on ur time line, your due date will be feb 2012, that's why u got inprocess now, so vo is working on ur file now, u will get medical very soon, all the best.

first of all, i like your id name, i think you are still waiting for your I 485 current right?, anyway, based on ur timeline, probably you will get inprocess in April, 2012.

You got it correct. Due to reasons beyond my control, I missed the July 2007 fiasco. I am waiting for a current 485 date in EB3I category and losing hope day by day.

No change in ecas - address still missing...

Not sure if u have chked the 26/6 thread..read there as posted by bahar...that he contacted his MP and he was told that he should hear something from Buffalo by oct 2012..he applied in feb 2011. so if this timeline is to be followed..i guess you would also hear from them around the same time...and i would have to wait even longer ...not sure how to handle this news ...really does anyone know why Buffalo is so slow...? there has to be a valid reason and I am not sure I see or understand it !
