Possible rejection due to copy of passport invalid

My application got rejected.
Reason stated...…copy of a valid passport wasn't provided.
However, it was the same passport I used in securing Saskatchewan Nomination.
Besides, passport expires next year August, 2023.
Could it be an oversight on the VO's part?
What can I do? Kindly advise me.

May be you haven't submitted that document.

Check the file you submitted. I have seen cases in which the applicant had to compress the PDF or something like that and the PDF simply wouldn't open in certain pdf readers. Make sure the PDF you submitted can be opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader, Foxit Reader and other famous PDF readers in the market.
Also make sure this PDF contains not only the page with your personal details on it but also all other pages containing stamps or visas as it's required by immigration.
