I applied for the Quebec provincial nomination in February 2018. However no updates since then, the application has been "awaiting treatment".
This might be related to the fact that the province moved from the previous application system to ARRIMA. Called their hotlines but the staff there don't seem to have timelines when the previous applications would be reviewed.
I intend to move out of the province and apply for the FSWP. Would it be possible to get refund of the application fees?
