possible reasons of denied visa

UNEMPLOYED,SINGLE,WITH CLOSE RELATIVE(s),,,hi der,possible po ba na madeny visa ko?,,ksi po since dumating ako last february from saudi arabia hndi na po ako nagwork d2 sa pinas,,single ako,,at may kapatid ako sa canada...

may LMO na po ako,,nakapagmedical na rin,,ngaun hntay n lng ng 45 days pra sa visa...

Wow sana po maapprove ka na.. Good luck, ka rereceive ko lng po ng LMO and nag gagather plng ng docs

i think depende pa rin po sa VO yung final decision kasi may cases na unemployed and wala rin tlgang work experience dun sa job offer pero naggrant naman po.

yung aunt ko po nasa canada xa po yung humanap ng employer then, yung employer yung nagprocess para makakuha ng LMO :)
 
think positive lang lagi tayo...GOD is GOOD.... ;)
 
pano po kung yung employer ko for a year now hindi nagreremit ng sss, philhealth ko po voluntary, pano pag hiningan ako ng sss static info?

ano pong gagawin ko? :'(

please help :'(

LMO is responsibiltyof your employer, they are the one applying to HRSDC in canada for you, they have to prove to the govt that the company itself failed to hire staff locally thats why they are giving you offer to work in canada.. your employer also might be going to few interviews from government there to satisfy the officer. once the employer/company revieve an approval of positive LMO (labor market opinion) the employer will send it to you and you may start processing your papers/documents.
