It might cause delays in case they decide to close offices but it will not last forever, several days max.
 
Thought CPC-S would have generators for emergency power loss, since it is a sensitive govt office.
Anyway it shouldn't be an issue, cuz people gotta work and get paid.
 
Looks like CIC Sydney will have some delays this week, mail delivery cancellation, office closure, employees off.
