If you get one year of full time and paid experience in your field - then possibly. You might also need a job offer in Canada. Without experience - I don't think so.
When I start the application and came to end of it, last chapter is about documents that I need to send. One of them is a proof of job requerments and that generally present work experience. Currently I don't have one year of experience so is this document a must have or I can send this later when I am get requirement experience? You need to have one year of experience BEFORE you apply. If you have less than one year of experience right now - then you don't qualify to apply and you will have to wait until you have a year of experience.
