My family applied for permanent residency applicants on Humanitarian and Compassionate grounds as of April 2023 and we have been issued a deportation order on July 12th, 2023, with a set date for August 22nd, 2023.
They made a refugee claim in August 2018 that was denied in May 2021, and an appeal with the RAD that was rejected in December 2021, also had a recent negative PRRA decision that we were given in May 2023.
My sons came here as international students, arriving in August 2016, and my youngest son Mazen arriving in December 2017, followed by my wife arriving in Canada in July 2018. My family and I have always been out of trouble, and always working on bettering ourselves and bettering the community.
My wife currently working as an educational assistant for special needs kids, and she got the driver’s license and a car and most importantly we purchased a house in Winnipeg
My son studying at University of Manitoba, and now he cannot graduate anymore as he still has one semester left. And otherson, now works at a care home for the elderly
Is there any way to defer the deportation order or advise to whom we can approach. The time is running and we are under a huge stress.
