Possibility of using the condititional admission

Hello everyone,

Good evening in Kuwait time,

I have got an conditional admission from DLI in Manitoba, and I'd like to ask you about some items such as :

1_does that conditional admission work toissue the study permit? Or I have to finish my IELTS with 6.5.

2- Is Manitoba nice to study in?

3- please advise if my conditional admission letter of acceptance will not work., I'm looking for such intensive course ESL to be finished within one month,, any suggestions about ESL program lasts for only one month, as my level in English is like 5.5 to 6 overall, and hope fully I can achieve the required score in my exam on 3rd Feb

You have to get unconditional offer for applying study permit
Yess it is a good place
PR options are high
Get good band score
It will improve visa chances

Dear,

Assiniboine college requested 6.5 , but I have achieved 5.5, can I apply with that score? Will they approve my study permit, I mean how good chance for me.

I have more than 4 years experience in Oil and gas industry in Kuwait Oil Company.

Will that be something positive to my student visa granting?
