Possibility of ITA/NoI

Hi All,

I am in the Express Entry Pool with 472 CRS. My profile will expire on 31st July, 2022 and I will be recreating it again. I also have SINP EoI with 67 points and PEIPNP profile with 85 points. My NOC is 2173 - Software Engineers and Designers

1) What are the possibilities of receiving ITA within Feb, 2023 as I will be losing 5 points for age and my CRS will drop to 467?
2) What are the other programs which intake outlanders without job offer?
3) What are the different and legit ways to get job offer being outside Canada?

FSW and SINP are impossible for you. For FSW you will not receive an ITA before Feb next year with 47x CRS score unless the new catagory system works in your favor. SNIP no chance if you don't have SK relative or SK job offer. PEI never publish their cut-off despite having a marking scheme.. OINP maybe cuz 2173 is one of the NOCs they draw.

Job offer from outside of Canada? I would say no chance since you know how many ppl with 2173 are looking for a job in Canada just like you.. Good luck.

Job offer for outlander is difficult because very few employers bother with LMIA. Those who do are likely multinational corporates, but a position that justifies LMIA must be super competitive. If your employer has a Canadian branch, maybe look for internal transfer.
With NOC 2173 and CRS 472 I’d say Ontario tech draw is your best shot. French is probably second best shot.

I agree with Ultraxion that “pure” FSW by Feb is nearly impossible since the quota cut.
