I see my cry with other people here too I'm at 467 (21231 NOC) and waiting for NoI/ITA. Profile expiring on 1-Aug and IELTS expiring on 24-Oct.

You would have received NoI because of DB Admin NOC. According to OINP, you should have at least 1 year of experience in your Primary NOC within the past 5 years (I assume 2018-19 in your case) go ahead and submit your application. All the best.

CEC refers Canadian work experience only. Canadian education can be a criteria as there is lot of fuzz about overseas Canadian students not having enough pathways to become PR, even after PGWP.

Bill C-19 is similar to PNP where there will be more criteria added. Just like how Ontario conducts Tech Draw, IRCC itself would add more criteria apart from the current CRS Score Range Based. For example, something like candidates should be of XXXXX NOC with X years of experience and within XX...

Hmm, true. I already have master's. Also there is a buzz that Canada will start looking into the origin of country for study permits to ensure diversity of students. This is not in my favour so refusal chances are more. Anyways I'll have this option back of my mind.

If you see last year, there has been 3 back to back Priority Occupation Draws happened on the 23rd June, 27th July and 6th Oct, 2021. So anything can happen!

@kaashi14 Hang in there. I think there might be another Tech Draw 45 days from now (45 days is the maximum timeline to submit application after having received NoI) to compensate on those rejecting this NoI and proceeding with EE ITA.

Lowest known score is 496 as of now. We need to wait for Ontario to officially publish in their website. Meanwhile, yes, you're right. Make no sense for people above 495 to accept this NoI as they would receive EE ITA probably sooner.
